Building a team allows for the creation of a residual income stream. As team members generate sales and build their own teams, you can earn commissions and bonuses based on your team’s performance. This creates a stable and sustainable income source.
As your team grows, your Customer base will broaden and you will have increased sales potential. When team members actively enroll Customers and Brand Partners, your overall organization’s sales and revenue will expand, leading to higher earning potential.

To be eligible for the Team Building Residual Income bonuses, you need to be eligible for the 3 & Free product credit by having 3 Customers with qualified orders in the month.

Team Building $100 Residual Income
(Step 2)
When you achieve 3 & Free, you can earn $100 per month by having 3 personally enrolled and sponsored Brand Partners who also each complete 3 & Free (Step 1).
Step 2
Team Building $500 Residual Income
(Step 3)
You can earn $500 per month by having 3 personally enrolled and sponsored Brand Partners earning the Team Building $100 Residual Income (Step 2).

You can earn Seven Level Residual Income by building your team and teaching them to create strong teams of their own.
When you are paid as a Mentor or higher, you can receive residual income on the Commissionable Volume from the sales of Brand Partners and their Customers in your downline. As you achieve higher titles, you can earn on more Levels.
A Level is the location of a Brand Partner in your downline in relation to you. The Brand Partners that you sponsor are considered to be your Level 1, and the Brand Partners they sponsor are your Level 2, and so on.

New brand Partner
Mentoring Bonus
As an Active Brand Partner, you can earn a 10% bonus on the Commissionable Volume from the sales of your Level 1 Brand Partners and their Customers during the Brand Partner’s Fast Track Period.
This bonus is earned in addition to any other commissions you might earn on the same sales volume.
Example
In January, you enroll Reese as a new Brand Partner. Reese’s Fast Track period lasts until the end of April. By the conclusion of January, Reese, along with their customers, generates orders totaling 250 CV. As a result, you earn a 10% New Brand Partner Mentoring Bonus of $25.
In February, Reese adds two more Customers, and their total equals 350 CV. Additionally, you welcome Quinn as a new Brand Partner. Their Fast Track period goes through the end of May. Quinn and her Customers’ orders reach 200 CV. Combined, Reese and Quinn have a total of 550 CV in sales. Your February New Brand Partner Mentoring Bonus amounts to $55.
In March, Reese adds another Customer, and their total orders reach 450 CV, while Quinn adds two new Customers. Their orders total 250 CV, resulting in a combined total of 700 CV. You earn a bonus of $70.
In April, Reese’s final month in the Fast Track program, they add another two Customers, and their total monthly sales reach 600 CV. Meanwhile, Quinn adds one Customer and achieves 350 CV in sales. The combined sales volume is 950 CV, and you earn a bonus totaling $95.
May is Quinn’s final Fast Track period, and they add another two Customers. Their total sales reach 550 CV for the month, and you earn a bonus of $55
